Not much to critique here. Good composition. Beautiful blue sky (maybe a little too blue even)

One nitpick from me is the angle. I would take a few steps away so that you aren't looking straight up at the wheel, but nonetheless it is a great shot. Thanks for sharing.

I have to go out on a limb for this one, but here goes.
It's overexposed - so why am I OK with that? I think my answer is that the beams are all so reflective that we are seeing specular reflection, which is generally too bright to manage, even with HDR processing. So, unless you were to take the shot with a Circ. Polarizing Filter, you aren't going to get the dynamic range under control.
So, having accepted that very few people would be able to do any better, I think it is great!
