My Co-Worker (please critique)

Here's a few shots of my co-worker. We actually sit beside each other.
I used my 7D, 50mm 1.8 with a 430EXII flash (off camera via built in IR) with a Gary Fong lightsphere attached.

Let me know what you guys think, and please critique.
ps. these are taken off of facebook... so the quality is doo-doo, but the actual pics are hi-res

Great captures which originally I thought balanced natural light and flash seamlessly. However, I couldn't understand the difference in skin tones from the first two to the last. Clue appears to be in the dress that's changed colour.

basically it got darker, the 3rd pic was taken first, then 1st, and 2nd was taken last.

#1 looks good except for shoe almost out of frame
headless manequin looks jealous
#2 clone out the nose jewelery
#3 not so good

I like #1, but when the model supports herself with her arm, it causes the muscle to bulge. Gotta watch for that stuff, a lot. Nice work :cool:
You should turn on image editing OK in the user section too.

Here's a quick edit that makes it look more normal.
