Just a few pics from this past weekend at the track. I took the BMW550i GT to test its ability and was astounded by a laptime within just 2 seconds of a 996 Porsche GT3 and actually faster laptime than a 1000rwhp supra.

anyways, just purchased a 7D a few days ago. I love everything about it so far, still learning cause i made the switch from Nikon > Canon. But I was wondering if anyone had the 7D w/Canon Grip? How does it feel in your hands? I know when I gripped my old D80...boy oh boy did it feel nice. Not saying the 7D doesn't feel good in my hands, but it does feel kind of small. So my main question, is the grip worth it?

Nice shots. I have a Flashpoint grip and I'm sure it's a pinch more plastic(y) it works fine. I really like the feel with it. Had a 40D & 50D and never gripped. They felt ok, but like this so much better. The way you're talking I'd say you should grip it. Sounds like your mind is already made up and you want some validation ..... go for it

Yes the grip is worth it , it balances the camera out allot better IMO especially with a big lens , love the grip

I like using the grip. I had the T2i and it even felt small in my hands, and I have small hands. I later got the 7D and it felt better, but after gripping it, it feels even more ergonomic.
