I like it...vivid.

Only thing I might try if it were mine is crop some off the top, perhaps just above where it says "Letter Cartel". Just my opinion, of course...

The lighting on the car is distracting. This shot probably would've look better at night using strobes.

I dont think you find much wrong here. THe question really becomes how can it be tweaked to be better. THe doctor says your blood pressure is good and you know hes talking about a scale from good, better, best.
I agree with the crop of the non grafittied portion of the wall.
If possible, dodge and burn some of hte colors inthe art
Even out the white of the cars body and finally, darken the pavement below the car to add contrast between the black pavement, white car and colorfull wall.
Based on the tones here, a simple color select should do the trick with a curves adjustment layer on the foreground pavement.

Keep it real but tewak it a bit nd you have a better than good image here.
I would even visit this location at different times of day and shoot with out any subject just for stock.

Get rid of the reflections on the side of the car.

I would go lower with the camera to make the car more dominant. Also some vignette could help.

Make the car part of the grafitti.
