I'm looking for a bag large and sturdy enough to carry my 50D + my sigma 50-500mm lens attached to it, as well as probably have a few other lenses in the bag. Is there such a bag that isn't too overly huge that I could carry around/walk around with at events?

My favorite bag for going small and discrete is the Domke F-5xc. I use this when I carry just a camera with a lens attached. 1 other lens and a flash. Its a very light bag that is so easy to work out of. Highly recommended. The only thing I can complain about is the lack of pockets. just 1 zippered pocket would make it perfect. It does have 2 small useless pockets in front and a good sized velcro pocket in back.

I have seen that Domke has a new line that is very similar coming out I think its 831. Looks a bit bigger then the 5xc.

I have a LowePro ProTrecker 300 AW and really like it. It's a 10 on comfort and more than capable of fitting that combo, but it is probably too large to walk around with at fights, concerts, games, etc.
