At first I didn't realize what was going on. these dives started when I came close to the second nest. When I was really close the tactic changed and all of them had "broken" wings.

Super job catching all the action Val. Excellent exposures on all.

It's great to see so many eggs in that nest, I hope they all do well. Please keep us posted, would love to see some of those fuzzy hatchlings.

Thanks Sindri, Mitch (how did you know?) and Steve. Steve, I'll try. The first nest also has four and one for the Killdeer. I just hope they won't share the fate of these little guys.
