Her first ever shoot, and my first shoot outside away from the security of the studio..

Surprised no one has commented on these yet! I'm really liking the soft light and tones, 2,3 and 4 are particularly nice. In terms of C and C, last one looks a tad soft to me, could just be my screen.

Most of these could have used a fill flash. Her face/skin often look rather dull & dark.

Number 1 needs fill flash or reflector to lighten the face, on the rest I am not fond of the light coming through the hat causing diamond shaped highlights. 2 and 3 are the best in my opinion.

A very gentle and pleasant set of images, I bet the model is very pleased with them.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I think some of theses are very subtly balanced with fill flash.

Tel us how they were actually done Lainey.

I think she is squinting that could be why.
