Tom, could you please consider posting it again here? When I saw the topic I was confused ^^
Since this topic is named "How I do it", I don't think people should consider it for what is is, namely someone else's workflow that could give us all some extra tips or inspiration.
If you show us yours, I'll show mine ;)

Please repost your technique, I would love to learn to get HDR images like yours. Mine all come out looking overdone and cartoony with halos and detail loss, and noise.
