Thanks... but I should have mentioned that my understanding of PS is quite limited so not sure I understood what 'Cut your reds in curves, up your highs' really means :P

Will try messing around with the curves tool though...

Some bokeh magic. Not the best edit, I literally threw this together at 1:30AM for like 5 mins. Original image + 2 bokeh layers. Could have spent a bit more time on this and maybe find some better bokeh layers on deviant art. The non-circular bokeh are kind of distracting. I'll give it another try one I have a bit more time.

I did some dodging/burning on her face, then I used the healing brush to remove blemishes. I added a blur vignette, then darkened the edges and added the lens flare. Then I used LucisArt ED, then did a bunch more dodging and burning to get the final look.
