Tried it but it won't accept that Promo code - right before charging my credit card their system came back and said Promo Code could not be used - is there any special status you must have to use it?

You have to register for their weekly sales e-mail thingy and subscribe to it in order to use any of their promo codes.

Go to Newegg's main page (http://www.newegg.com/) and then if you have a PC press CTRL+F or COMMAND + F for mac, then type "Newsletter Subscriptions"

Click on that link and that's how you subscribe by entering your e-mail address or whatever it says lol.
