I like the color because I like her red hair, but the hair under her nose is a bit distracting.

Prefer the B&W in this one. The eye make-up in color is not very flattering IMO.

i prefer b&w over color in general for myself
from these i choose none because of her expression, light and hair across her face

BW is better than color in most cases. Including this one.

My preference is for the BW, because I find the colorful earrings are competing with her colorful eye makeup, taking my attention away from the subject.

I much prefer the colour shot.

Thx everyone for your feedback. The likes and dislikes were very helpful. Here's an additional photo for your feedback. (no hair across the face, earrings understated, lighter tone on the skin, etc..)

hmm.. long thin mustache not in harmony with a half chin. :lol:
Even B&W can`t make this composition better. Just don`t crop faceparts in next time :p
Sorry for my straight speaking ;)

P.S. Yeah! That second shot much-much more better! As a little critique, may be its will be looks better, if face will be moved to right or left, not in center I mean .. Anyway, great colors and nice light
