Great shots as always, I need to remember to look in sports for whippet racing in future. The #1 dog is the fluffiest whippet I've ever seen.

they look OK for a Nikon - but I would have thought they should have been better - probably if you used a Canon they would have.

Lets not start this again. I use both a 7d and d300 frequently (i own a 7d and borrow my friends d300) i dont have any canon friends sadly :(

I typically have problems with baseball (unrelated I know) with my 70-200 2.8 because the action is too far away. I'm just very impressed with the full body capture on a medium telephoto.

I'm guessing I'm usually about 30' off the track usually.
