Matt is awesome! I needed a bag for a trip the next week, and had him overnight it to me. Well, I inadvertently had it shipped to the wrong address. Matt was on top of things, and USPS was able to redeliver to the correct address...with about 8hrs to spare before my plane leaves. Great communication from Matt throughout the entire transaction.
