After much anticipation, I finally got the S90 in the mail but with a bit of disappointment, the screen has some leak on top & bottom. I tried with best of my abilities to take a pic but I failed miserably.

Does anyone have this issue as well? I am not sure if I should send it back to Canon for a replacement. It is a $400 camera overall. :/

Can you post some sample pics or elaborate a bit?

Please note that I was not able to highlight the problem. The display looks a bit worse in reality.

So, it has a light leak and failed miserably to take a picture. I'm assuming you have some idea of what you are doing, just exchange it where you bought it.

I guess I'm the only one with this issue? I googled but nothing showed up!

That's the light source from the backlighting of the LCD. Without that backlighting you wouldn't be able to see the display. As long as it doesn't show on your photos it is not a problem with the camera.
