@Rai, very nice shots. I am sure your dad would be thrilled to have a print of the first one.

Great shot Rai! That's the kind of shot that you see as an example in a photo album, frame or print. Brilliant work. 135L of course?

Just checked the exif - 18mm (crop) is a wide as i can shoot.

shoulda coulda shot a pano sequence. Haven't tried that yet.

Toing and froing between 11-16 and sig 8-16. And still investigating if I could get away with 4" filters. I cant afford a cokin X-pro sized polariser

Rai, your shots are always beautiful and these are no exception, I love the second one myself.

Nathan, the shot of the lake is very good, the Tree and Miniature Jetty? add great depth and character to the shot.

I was actually just suggesting you crop it down a bit. Wide angle lenses are the shiz for landscape photography though, i love my 16-35.

Some tax, first two are technically horrible and from a random wander I decided to go on this afternoon but for some reason I like them. The Vignette is the 11-16 @ < 13mm on my MKII

The last one I shot along time ago when I first got my 11-16 on my 40D

Streetlights that illuminate the path, it was pretty dark when I was shooting these, I'd been sitting at the beach reading "A Girl With the Dragon Tattoo" for the afternoon =] I love my 11-16, I need to use it more.
