Dang, I have something else that night - the chocolate buffet at The Duxton. I might be able to pop in for a few minutes is all, I work right next door.

Birthday coming up so I pop in here to see what's happening and even the curtains are still the same.

Saw Mr Tim was selling his gear aaannnd...

"Canon 40D with grip, great condition, boxed" on TM is mine. Hey Tim, I hear all the other bidders are fakes. If you could remove their bids it'd be much appreciated.
Mine I tell you! Mine!

:D

Anyone want a 20D in mint condition? 1 little old lady owner and only taken photos at church on sundays.

Good luck winning the 40D :) I have a 20D I could sell too, but I figured it wasn't worth anything. I might get a kit lens for it and use it as my last resort backup, in case both D700s go down.

Got back from Yellowstone a day or so ago - and just a few wildlife shots that i've done a quick raw->jpeg conversion on, and a couple of landscapes as well.

Oh - if you're ever staying in Yellowstone, tip 1: Just because you checked that there wasn't anything to eat/hurt you when you step outside to pack the car for the days journey around the park, doesn't mean 5 mins later when you sit down in the drivers seat, and close the car door, you won't discover that you have been standing about 7 yards from a massive bull Buffalo. You are suppose to keep a min of 25 yards away.

Daniel

Thought I would show of some shots from my first venture in to the World of strobist. First time out with my flash and triggers, didn't really know what I was doing but seemed to fumble along. Can't wait to do some more
