I received the 31 as well and am waiting to hear back from them

but for the price it seems to be decently made and is well worth the money

I emailed then again to see if they would exchange for the 43" since it is the same price they had the Wescott listed for, the 32" seems small. I'll post when I hear back.

Update: they said they would exchange for the 43" if I send it back. I originally ordered the 40" and 43" and paid $15 shipping on both so I am not spending any more money to get what I ordered. Took the $6 refund

I don't know much about reflectors but starting to get an itch for portraiture work. Let me know.

Thanks...Al

It's sold by the same vendor as the original post in this thread. For $13, it's probably worth the price.

they sell reflector arms or you can spend $2 at the hardware store for some squeeze clamps to hang them from a boom arm.

Having gotten in on this deal and subsequently gotten in line for the refund, I can't help but laugh at all of us here. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, it doesn't look like Westcott sells a 40" 5-in-1 reflector!
