I'm new to this set of lens. I just got them a few days ago on eBay at a great deal. I used them on a 'scavenger hunt' over the weekend....here are samples of the results...

The mountain image is nothing special, and the light/haze was strong, but I wanted to give the "new" lens a try. I like the colors it produces, and I think it will be my go-to lens for hiking. :-)

This image is shrunk way down... The original is pretty sharp.

I am quite happy with this great lens, but I've got an offer I can't refuse, haha. Way too good of a deal on 17-40/4L. Has anybody downgraded from 17-40 to 20-35 for reasons other than financial? 8)

Steve, the attachment doesn't work for me, but I'd like to see it. Can you try inserting a direct link to the image from Flickr or something?

You bloody ripper :p, I finally got the 20-35mm, now I just got to get it in my eager little hands. Got it for under Aus$200, gotta be happy about that. Watch this space, cause from what I have seen, this is going to be a fun great lens.

Regards, Dutch

No Roopaw, I live near Greenbank, except for a few spots, we completely missed out. Raining solid 30kms away in any direction, but nothing here. Figures, I rely solely on rain water for my households needs.

Typical! Still, they reckon there's some more coming tomorrow, so perhaps you'll get a drop or two and hopefully use the lens on the weekend. It'll be interesting to see some shots using the CPL as I have never used one.

Here's another recent shot with the 20-35.
