I was posting this on another forum and don't recall posting it here...shot on the 40D with the 300/4.5 mf Nikkor...very closely cropped from full frame shot at a long distance...

Finally got the adapter for my "new" Olympus OM Zuiko 50/1.4. One of the first shots I actually like. Shot at f/4 [not f/1.4, as the exif probably says]. Converted B&W with Silver Efex.

Lens: Tamron SP 500mm F/8 Mirror Lens. Oldie but goodie.

I have not really had a chance to work this lens too much. Both images below are uncropped. Just cleaned up a bit with editing software.

First is tripod mounted. One of the first images I shot with this lens.

This image was at a local demo derby. The driver of the car is a friend. This shot was taken from the stands almost to the back. It was hand held.
