I just got home with a brand new 35mm L from calumet. I snapped a couple of shots and I am concerned with the amount of CA that I am seeing. To me this looks unacceptable, but im looking for opinions...

It is visible on my LCD screen. Your 35L is acceptable, in fact, to me is normal. In all cases you will only see CA when you zoom in at the edges of the subject which is OOF. -Kenzie-
