it lowers MP to 2.5 so probably just makes it appear less noisy by shrinking the image.

This could really entice many more people. Since many thought it should have video like its competitors. Certainly there will be a flurry of "video is useless" threads to follow.

it was f/2 before. Added video and H-IS it looks like? Tweaked the body a bit (which I'm sure is code for tightening up the back ring! :lol:). The s90 is a GREAT little camera so I'm not surprised they left it mostly unchanged. They seem to be doing VERY well with it.

oh, and they added HDR mode which could be fun. I wish they added a pano mode like sony though, that actually IS fun....

THIS is the compact camera I've been waiting for. I always like the S90 but I find video very useful, so I never pulled the trigger. I'm glad I waited.
