I've got young kids, so anyone with young kids that watches afternoon PBS gets the 'joke' in the post name.

First paid shoot that wasn't family:)

Ooooh, yea.. I have a 2 year old, so I know exactly what you're referring to.

As far as the photos go ... I think ya did a fine job. I like the third the best. The issues I have with the 1st and 2nd is the harsh lighting. (shadows) It doesn't look like you shot at the best time of day. The 3rd has much better lighting and the composition seems better.

That said ... I love the textures in the 1st. Just wish the lighting was toned down some.

In any case, congrats on your first paid shoot. And keep it up!

I kind of like the shadow in the first picture, but I agree that the lighting could have been better for her face.

I see my favorite local bridge and my least favorite building in the background on the 2nd shot. :)

I like the third shot the best.

LOL, I don't work there...I just hate The Ascent building. I think it's partially because I like things to be symmetrical, and orderly...and it just looks like a big mess o' windows!

Thanks Sam....and yes, nice to see cincinnati folks. There's actually a thread that used to be a bit more active of some Cincinnati shooters. Seems to have died out some lately. Did a funeral shoot with some guys I met in that thread.
