LOL. Unfortunately I'm up that early and I'm 25...High School teachers get summers off, but we pay for it with our mornings.

Hey, I'm over 65 and I get up at 4:30AM every morning to go to work :)

I never go completly to sleep. Instead I let one half of my brain sleep at a time. This way I'm never completely unconscious, but I still get some rest.

Not necessarily, I know in the summer they tend to start work around 4:00am if they are working outside so by the time the real heat starts they are getting off..
