I shoot mRAW sometimes. sRAW never.
As far as noise is concerned, RAW all the way. All the NR software benefits from more pixels, the data is well spent when the algorithms chew on it. I love the tight structure in full RAW on the 7D.

Lao (and Thai to a certain extent) women generally are very beautiful, elegant and feminine..

Some lovely scenery in Laos, especially in the remote northern areas..

Did I mention the local beer??
