Yes, I did before sending it to Canon for the AF issue I had. But now it is a rockstar. Out of the box, I got a uniform pattern banding that was vertical in the shadow areas. Something my 5D Mark II also seems to get when I push the dynamic range in post. But overall, it works fine. The picture I posted was at a high ISO, ISO 1600, I think it was, but I did do "things" to it in post since I shoot RAW and my clients wanted a lot of fogging and glows.

OoF: First one is very good! sharp and good lighting and timing.

A few new shots from tonight, it was a small -70's party nearby my home so i walked over there, listened to some music, snapped a few pics of various coverbands performing nice retro -70's and -80's songs. Shot number 1 and 3 were taken with the 70-200, the vases was photographed with the 17-70 lens. It was pitchblack tonight so both my lenses struggled to get anything usable at all, even in relatively good lighting but this is the best i could squeeze out of them both.

Julian, if I may ask, why are there red patches of skin around your kid's mouth? Being kissed too much by his loving father?

Mr. 1992 obviously doesn't have a kid yet

I'm vacationing at Disneyland this up-coming week so I hope to have some photos to share

It's a combination of food being smeared all over his cheeks + eczema. My lil champ suffers from eczema unfortunately.

They both work Rob, great shots! the blackwhite feels a bit better for this one, it adds more mystery to the forest.
