Yah. People have shot. No Tresspassing means you are risking it... and I hear they use it for SWAT practice and they are not very lenient. As with everything of that nature it is at your own risk.

i know lots have shot there, but just wondering about the risk / penalties. Will I get arrested for being out there, or is the no trespassing sign there just to cover their ass in case i get hurt while i am there.
also, what does SWAT practice not being very lenient mean?

thanks y'all :)

IE they are actually using the farm for current use. As I understand, much like the Asylum in Milledgeville, if you are caught you more than likely will be taking a ride.

Looks interesting! I think a well timed Sunday afternoon/evening raid would probably be best attempted...but I'm just sayin'...

Well hello there. Where can I find information on work shops and stuff like that? All the cool stuff seems to happen out in CA.

Also, Is anyone going to be at Petit Le Mans this year at Road Atlanta?

For those interested in workshops:

Kelby Training (external link) / NAPP comes thru Atlanta several times a year in the Galleria- check their websites.
ASMP (external link) offers workshops to members and non-members, prices and topics vary.
Canon Digital Learning (external link) has 3 seminars in October...
GNPA (external link) has experienced photographers offering classes or expeditions for those interested in Nature.
Wescott Lighting has a workshop coming to town on 9/21 for $89, use the strobist code "TPT4949" to save $20 http://www.topprotour.com/instructors/kornylak.html (external link)

Here in Atlanta there is always something coming thru town, you just have to google for it.

For anyone attending Petit LeMans at Road Atlanta:
I have also purchased an infield parking pass. This way I don't have to haul all my gear on my back, all day. If you are interested in sharing a last mile ride in, contact me. There is plenty of space in the Expedition.

I might be interested in that as well. Are you going all 4 days? If so, are you going to be staying all day?

At this point I'm planning on Thursday and Sat- that may change/expand as the event gets closer.
