I have a friend who needs to put product shots on the web for clients that are confiential. Is there a site where one must have a password to view certain groups of photos? Thanks.

If he has his own site/hosting he can set up subdomains or folders to have unique passwords per client.

and many, many more allow you to password protect galleries.
If he has a blog, many of those allow it too.

I use Exposure Manager and if a gallery must be private, I password protect and have the gallery thumbnail be a landscape shot so not even one private photo can be seen. Otherwise one of the gallery photos becomes the thumbnail.
