That's what I use now. I bought 4 of them and they are very reliable. And the free 100 images adds up to around $13 of free prints.

The Ultra CF cards are the same speed as the Extreme SDHC cards, which are Class 6.

I'm using a set of Transcend 64GB Compact Flash (CF) 400X Flash Card (external link) and am very happy with them.

They are available in 32 Gig 400X (external link) and 16G 400X (external link) for decent prices as well.

They work very well in my 7D and I have been using Transcend for years without any problems in my 300D, 30D and 40D as well.

You don't need a speed monster card for a 5DII. Even for Video.

I use a 16GB Sandisk UDMA 45mb/s as my primary and a 16GB Sandisk 30mb/s as my secondary.

I trust Sandisk and Lexar the most as far as cards of any type go.

I would recommended these also, I have two 16GB versions that I use on my 5dmkii and they work very well. :D

You don't feel a Transcend 16GB 400x (60mb) card for $60 is a reasonable price ? Please note that some cheaper cards have a short warranty period of 2 years or so and others have lifetime with excellent customer service . If you are looking to by some cheap ones off ebay....beware .
