Great shot. It looks like there is an optical illusion there caused by the clouds and the size of the mountain. Mt McKinley is bigger than the range in front of it making it look like its closer and floating in the clouds.

That one is cool!

Yes, we figured this was a once-in-a-lifetime shot, so we blew the whole thing and flew over and landed on the glacier. My kids (11 y/o at the time) thought that their decrepit mom and dad would never do something so bold! They had fun throwing snowballs in their shirtsleeves.
