1DmkIII - love - great body
1DsmkII - love - This has become my main body, even though I own the 1DIII. Its files are sublime and film like.

Tamron 17-50 f/2.8 - learned to hate - it was a loud pos
Sigma 18-50mm f/2.8 EX DC Macro - meh - def better than the Tamron 17-50
Sigma 70-200 f/2.8 Macro - liked - but without the IS it's not half the lens the 70-200 f/2.8 IS is
70-200 f/2.8 IS - loved - total workhorse
100-300 f/4 EX - loved - ultimate daytime field sports lens, but alas, discontinued

SOLD (Primes)
Sigma 20mm f/1.8 - liked - My copy was very sharp.
MP-e65 - loved - sold for lack of use
28mm f/1.8 - loved - when it was on my 1DmkIIn, it was the perfect AoV
35L - loved - great on the 5D or 7D. Sold for the 24LII
50mm f/1.8 - liked a lot (for what it was) - Lasted me 6 years and still going strong with my wife and her 20D
50mm f/1.4 - meh - I had an exceptional copy, but I just don't use this FL
30mm f/1.4 EX - disliked - AF was a train wreck (returned)
50mm f/1.4 EX - disliked - AF was a train wreck (bokeh was beautiful though)(returned)
135L - loved - can't say just how good this lens is. sold for lack of use.
24LII - loved - too much lens for me (both size and aperture). Replaced it with the 28 f/1.8 and I'm very happy.
180mm macro EX - loved - can't say just how good this lens is. Now being used on my wife's 20d.
300 f/4 IS - loved - VERSATILE, esp for a prime very close to the 135L corner to corner - sold due to redundancy with advent of the 70-200II.
100mm f/2.8 L macro - liked - more lens than I needed. Very nice though.
50mm f/1.4 EX - love - Finally got one with consistent AF and it is very, very nice
(But in the end, still not consistent enough for me.)
400 f/5.6 - love - Better IQ than my previous 300 f/4 IS with faster focusing.
28mm f/1.8 - love - I love this lens so much I chose it over the 24LII
. But, in the end, I just don't shoot wide and faster than f/2.8 enough to keep it.
40mm f/2.8 Pancake - Sent back due a serious inability to focus, even in good light
100mm f/2.8 USM Macro - love - It's basically the L without IS; which is to say, very, very good. Sold for lack of use.
135 f/2 - love - Second time around with this one. Forgot how rich this lens' IQ was.
50mm f/1.4 - like - After previously owning two Sigmas and one Canon I've finally decided the smaller and more reliable ef 50mm f/1.4 is for me. Well, maybe not.
Sold (TCs)
Sigma APO 1.4x DGn- decent. A good TC before the new generation of (ultra-sharp) lenses that began around the time of the 70-200 f/4 IS. These days it would be a good starter TC, or one used for non-critical or even hazardous applications.
EF 1.4x III - love - wow! Now this is an extender!
SOLD (Lighting)
MT-24ex - great for extreme macro, macro and even hummingbirds!Sold for lack of use.
