I'm out of town and my 1ds mark III got stolen and my insurance said if I got them a picture of my owner manual and box they would accept that for proof of ownership and cut me a check.
If someone here if you could that has the 1ds mark III owners manual and box if you would please get me a couple pics and send to my email I would be grateful. What was suppose to be a nice vacation has turned bad for now.
My email is jphillips1963@msn.com (external link)

Fraud? I'm far from being fraudlent here. I have been on the phone for a couple hrs and delt with police here as well and best they said and quickest is get a photo of my owners manual. Why heck would i come on a forum to ask for this under fraud? I'm out alot of money here and trying to recover.

Thank you. I am I am trying to buy another camera and all my insurance asked for was a copy of my owner manual and or box the camera came in. They will wire the money into my account so I can continue my vacation If needed i will provide anyone here with a police report ID number for proof of theft.

I would help too, but I have a 5Dm2! Have you checked like craiglists/ebay for random shots of the manual? Google?

=/ I'm sure you have, and I don't even know anyone that has a m3...what about the "sell" forums of people that are selling the m3??
