Thanks it is a beautiful drive, so many opportunities to capture so much beauty. Also I shot them all with the 7d and sigma 24-70mm 2.8 and processed in the latest version of Light Room

x2 I agree. I like this shot the most.. maybe because the rock seems "out of place" on a beach, but its really "in place."

Even better is that small person standing on the sand to give it a perspective of how big that rock is.

I think #3 and #5 are magazine-worthy
good job!

just my two cents, no offense intended
#1 (never a big fan of b/w, this looks like a great scenery)
#2 (wide empty space, over)
#4 (not liking the ?fake? vignetting effect)
#6 (maybe could benefit from higher f-stop?)
#7 (under)
#8 (PP made it look like it was on HDR acid)

Any advice I can get is awesome, I'm still pretty new to photography this 7d is my first SLR and I've only had it for about 3 months. I seem to be learning quickly, I'm starting to pick up some freelance work which is exciting. I have the sigma 24-70mm 2.8 and 50mm 1.8 which lens do you think I should purchase next? or should I invest in a flash next?

They're all great, but I agree that #3 is the best.
