First of all I do not have a real Macro setup. the following images were captured by hand holding an inverted Olympus 50mm lens in front of a nifty-fifty & an 18-55 kit lens

Judging from your pics, that's definitely a real macro setup; nice job. Doesn't matter if it was factory-made or not, if it works...

Duct tape! Or LordV showed in another thread, an arrangement where he used a cylinder of flexible foam to hold the two lenses in place, and still be able to easily pull them apart when needed.

Nice work with just handheld reversed lens. Time to get yourself some reverse lens adatper/rings.
