Hi all -took this for a topic-based photography challenge on another site. Title of the photo was 'console'.

Thought I'd share here.

1DS2, 70-200 2.8 IS MKII @ 200mm, f/2.8, 1/800, ISO400, 580EXII.

Many thanks! The challenge is to take a photo every week for a year matching a title that is pulled from a hat Sunday night.

There are no winners as such, but I had some positive comments on this.

This really hits home with me since my grandmother just passed away and we are having her memorial on Saturday and scattering her ashes after on my grandfather's grave.

We lost a son at 2 years old and I can just picture my husband at his "memory stone" with our now 4 year old daughter. In my head it would look just like that. Well done. Very moving
