Setup was a little odd at first but once you figure it out once you can set it up in a matter of a couple of minutes max, has it's own carrying case which is convenient.. Gear List: Kodak Funsaver MAX Cameras, Epson Scanner, MS Paint & some Crayons

Got any shots take with it?? Any shots using the inner diffuser only?? The Elinchrom DO is much deeper than this. Sean | Blog

It was easy to open up and seemed pretty solid. However, like someone else said, it is a **** to close. I too had to get a glove to close it. When it did close it made a loud pop and now it won't stay open. It seems the metal "pin" used to keep the umbrella open won't stay up so the octa just collapses instead of staying open. (see pic of problem) anyone have an idea of how I can fix this? would prefer not having to send it back and wait again for a new one ![]() ![]() edit: started a thread here https://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=931646 Does fotodiox have an EZ pro version that opens like an umbrella? I like their textured finish, it's like the elinchrom ones. It also seems to be thicker than the EZ-pro.
