Take some shots in better light on a tripod and aim at a certain thing and see if it's on or off and MA from there. I was going to do that on my 70-200 awhile ago but never got around to it and think there's a thread that explains the process a bit better. I'm sure for those particular shots it was the low shutter speed more than the need for MA.

Ninja edit!!!!! haha I found a thread that has links to other places that should get you the answers you need. Good luck and let us know how it turns out.

Russia. Siberia.

Really nice locations and photos! :D

I noticed you used to post in the Sigma 50mm f/1.4 thread too - what made you switch to the Canon?

I can't decide between the two, i wouldn't mind Sigma but i don't want a bum copy and have to go through the trouble of exchanging so picked up a Canon 50mm f/1.4 until i can find someone who is selling a used Sigma that is perfect  But who knows, i'm already feeling kind of attached to this little beauty! Looking at the photos in this thread I dont think i'll even be able to use it to its full potential!

Hi! :) Sorry! I wish I could speak English well....

Sigma it is pleasant to me more than Canon. I consider it is necessary to compare Sigma with Canon 50 1.2.

Canon 50 1.4 very good and I much it shot till this autumn. Then I have bought Sigma and it was pleasant to me more.

Here in the USA, we are lead to believe that Siberia is a desolate frozen wasteland. It looks beautiful based on your photographs. (We already knew Russia had beautiful women, though...)

Ha-ha. :D Want to see present Siberia? Canon 50 1.4 shoot.

Fancy that! I was so sure it would be somewhere exotic and yet it's just up the road from me (well, a couple of hundred kilometres up the road). Still a beautiful photo.
