my god! what a long day down in Yeovil ;(

Got my Canon Bill for cleaning 2 1DMKIII's, 400m 70-200, 2x + 1.4x TC and calibrate all lens to the cameras plus a new locking pin for one camera = £370.

Loving the wedding pics Rich, liking the PP on the guys holding the pints.

That's brilliant use of dead ground top marks to the deer concerned.

I had it out with CPS today about their new pricing! Is it just me or is 370 steep?

I don't usually follow car related links (or even posts if I'm honest ;)) but I just watched that and it was seriously cool! Definitely worth a view.

im at work doing the usual trawl through flickr and get gear envy and hypothesise about upgrading my gear

@ anyone who is bored/wants to contribute - hypothetically would it be worth swapping a 450D, sigma 30mm, sigma 10-20mm (4-5.6 version), for a 5D and a sigma 50mm ?

I was interested in the 30mm, Good walk about lens. Let me know if you decide to sell..

Most of these were taken with 5DII and 85 f/1.2 with Ian supporting the Apollo softbox with a lightly CTO gelled 580 flash

Great shots Rich.

Guys, im doing my first family/child shoot at the weekend and just wanted to know if you have any tricks that you use to get good pics. Ive got the softbox (continuous light), flash with umbrella as light sources. The room im aiming to use is fairly bright, and they have a decent sized garden. Got a range of lenses, and going to tkae 2 cameras with me.

Still on for Sunday Kay?:)
