lets see

I have 3 pw's,4 flashes and i shoot weddings:lol:

I have a bunch. never counted but probably around 60-70

I also have 2 battery chargers that hold 8 each so everytime i go, we reload all flashes and pw's with fresh batterys-- so thats usually 44 for each wedding and i have a bunch in my case. As soon as the flash starts to slow or just defore the ceremony we reload. We have had no issues for the past 2 years.

We found that battery plus has these very good Neon and rayovac hybrid rechargable's. THEY ARE RATED 2500AH NIMH 1.2 v BATTERIES and they work very well for my needs. They cost 12.00 for 4 rechargables and im going on my 3rd season with them.

They also have a powerex smart battery charger that works very well. Powerex MH-c800s that works great. Its a smart charger so i usually leave my last 8 in the charger for a couple of flashes so when i go out, they are always fresh. this set up is working for me and i really have no issues at all. Ill probably replace a couple of dozen for 2011. Best $72.00 ill spend because these batteries dont let me down.

I have 8 rechargeable AAs.. they are some Chinese brand.. they can give me a full photoshoot of 200-300 images on my 2 430exii. using them on 1/4-1/2 mostly.. of course, after 100 shots they start lasting 1 to 2 seconds to charge back up..

However, they sell this nice 50 Duracell AAs bateries pack like for about 15 dollars.. I just go with them from time to time.. and they last me a LOT more.. I normally use them on events and exterior photoshoots when i'm needing all the power of my flashguns..
