Does anyone have any suggestions for satin finish photo paper? I usually use the Platinum series by Canon, but I need a satin finish, and I'm unsure what to get.
Any suggestions?

Both are very good, the Canon is a bit warmer than the Ilford, and the Ilford has a little bit more sparkly finish. I like the Canon because it is the only Satin finish I can find in 8x10 easily. I hate having to trim 8.5x11 to 8x10 as I always end up making at least one messy cut. Taylor

Whichever paper you go with, make sure the supplier provides an ICC profile specific to your printer. The popular paper sources all have inexpensive "sampler" packs, containing a variety of paper for you to try out. Chas P

I have some other Paper which is very good (Harman CrystalJet RC Luster) which is very high quality. But prints are hit and miss because they only have high-end printer profiles and mine is not on the list. Taylor

I think this is the third time I've heard that Ilford does not have profiles for the 9000 mkII. Yet when I went to the Ilford site, they are right there, and in plain sight.
