After calibrating dual Dell 2209WA's, and receiving test prints from Bay Photo, the color doesn't match. The maker of my i1Display2 asked me if I embedded my calibrated .icc profile into my photo files. I said "no".
He said "Then your lab has no clue how your system is calibrated, so there's no way they can match your screen."
Ok, that being said.... Bay Photo is telling me something that conflicts what my i1D2 people are saying. The lab says:
- In the Photoshop Menu bar go to Edit > Color Settings
- Go to Working Spaces and for RGB Files select either "sRGB IEC61966-2.1" or "Adobe RGB (1998)"
- Under Color Management Policies next to RGB select “Convert to Working RGB"
- Next to Profile Mismatches check “Ask When Opening” and “Ask When Pasting"
PLEASE HELP ME.
THanks!
Danny
