I used two SB26 speedlights, one was in a 32" softbox, camera left and the 2nd was in a small 7" grid spot off to camera right and slightly behind her. The paint on the green door was very reflective so I used it to add a little orange colour to add interest.

a mix of the 24-70, 70-200 2.8 and 85mm, I can find the exact ones for each if you like.
