took these shots today while visiting brooklyn...... for some reason there were alotof stars visible in nyc today!

wow..thats unbelievably sharp. I have taken some pics there and they arent half as sharp.
Tripod, I would assume.

yes i used my tripod...and...believe it or not...a canon 28mm 1.8, my 50mm 1.4 and my 70-200mm for the close ups... it was surprisingly not windy out at all.....

thanks for commenting....

these were taking in Java Street in Brooklyn,look it up on google maps... its a great spot to get city scapes... also i took these really quick.i feel i could have done better.... but i'm happy i was in a rush and got these nice images...

great pictures... i'm going to NYC in a few days to spend thanksgiving, i just added this to my itinerary..

is there any other locations i can go to take these types of pictures... thanks :O)

What was the exposure time on them?

to get great sunsets shots and night photographer... def go to Brooklyn Bridge Park... right over the BK bridge on the Brooklyn side.... i will create a nice list for you....

Nice shots man! BK is the best spot in my opionion to shoot downtown manhattan!

yeah i thought it was dust too.... but after looking closely for some odd reason the starts were shining in nyc that evening.
