Been using Transcend for quite awhile. No problems encountered and good value.

+1 on the Transcend

I saw no difference in t2i performance in HD video or continuous shooting between the $80 Sandisk Extreme card that came with my camera and the $14 8Gb Class 10 Transcend SD card I got as a backup from Newegg....

Just ordered a CF > SD adapter, hopefully will have no problems using SD cards in my 7D with that; just more convenient since my laptop has a built in SD slot.

I know squat about PP. Old: Canon 10-22, 18-55, 24L, 50 1.4, 50L, 85 1.8, 24-105L, 70-200 2.8L nonIS, Sigma 30 1.4, Tamron 18-200 lenses. t2i, 7D, Xsi bodies. New: D700, 14-24, 50G, 105 VR Macro, 70-300 VR, SB700

so anyway I got the CF to SD adapter; it works but it really slows down the transfer rate. Fine for short bursts but only good for a few seconds of HD video before the buffer is full and it stops the video...

my old 15mb/s sandisk ultra II's are faster

for an xti you can go with any of the transcend 133x cards. theyre cheap and work great

Wow... ~$78 for a 32GB card?!?!? Amazing. These are really that good, they are quality and fast cards? Curious how can be so inexpensive, when compared to SanDisc, who for the same price point only get 8GB, extreme version. Unless these are not directly comparable?

We all tend to develop favorites over the years, so most of the above posts are probably good info.
My trend has been to use sandisk cards.

just a few of my thoughts...

If you haven't bought yet Staples has Black Friday deals on the Sandisk CF Ultras (and SD cards)
