I believe a sensor cleaning is $30 if you send it in just for that. They will clean and check the rest of the camera while they do it. If you send it in for another issue, they may clean and check it for free along with whatever you sent the body in for.

Spoke to the Canon center here in California. Yes, it's free if you bring it in. turn around time? 3-4hrs depending on how busy they are.

I would love to know about NJ too. Not so much for the cost, but the turnaround time. I don't live that close to Jamesburg, but I'd probably drive there & maybe go to lunch or something if the turnaround time was just 3 or 4 hours if I needed a sensor cleaning.

anyone know who you contact at Canon to send a camera in for sensor cleaning? I am looking at the website and its not really clear who to contact....

Canon is doing free sensor cleanings again?

I thought they stopped that and went to $30(not bad when you think that they are doing it right and checking everything else for you and if you want a shutter count they will give it to you).
