Can you explain why Cisco IP phones suck? I'm still trying to get ours working.

But the whole call transfer thing is squirrely, 50% of the calls get dropped when the person picks up the transferred call. It's not fun having an important business call dropped, and dropped again on call back. So here I sit with 10k in phone system all wired in, with phones on the desks still in test mode. I have 2 extra external lines plugged in and using auto attendant, that feature works well.
