I can't... I use them extensively and they work perfectly, and that's supporting around 10000 phones. Y'all probably have bad deployments!

The support at work isn't all that great. We use these phones as pagers too and even if it's properly assigned, we still don't get the page.

Initiating a call works great. Intercom works great. But the whole call transfer thing is squirrely, 50% of the calls get dropped when the person picks up the transferred call. It's not fun having an important business call dropped, and dropped again on call back. So here I sit with 10k in phone system all wired in, with phones on the desks still in test mode. I have 2 extra external lines plugged in and using auto attendant, that feature works well.

Just got in from a very long days on the job took me 4 hours to do the 80 mile trip home, gotta love the british road network!!!

Nothing exciting but this was todays assignment

Gotta ask, have you bumped the issue up to Cisco support? It sure doesn't sound like your trying to do anything exotic.

My brother is a senior engineer for Cisco. He was actually the Milwaukee areas first engineer like 18 years ago. It's a low priority to him, but I am on his list of "free" support. So I must be patient.

Weird. I can ping at a few of our VoIP guys at some point and see if they might have any thoughts you can pass on to your crew if you want.
