Traci, as always they are absolutely beautiful, loving that sling/hammock, where did you get it from?

Simply beautifull work as always! I can never pick a favorite from your posts. If I could do half as well as you do I would amaze myself.Thank you for sharing, I always look forward to it. I don't think the belly button stump takes away from the photo, it's a natural part of the body, just my opinion.

With #2, it looks totally natural until you realise this is a 5 day old infant! Did you just kinda prop him in place on his hands like that....? Did he stay in place long?

Are infants kinda like plaiable bendy dolls...?

(can you tell I've not had much experience? :-) )

haha. Yes, it was a team effort to prop him up like that. My sister had her finger holding the left side of his head (which I photoshoped out) and I literally held his hands in place with one hand, grabbed my camera with the other, quick let go of his hands, and snapped this one in a matter of seconds. Lucky me!!

And yes, babies are most pliable in the first few days when they are super sleepy :)

Out of curiosity when you have the baby in the blanket/hammock or propped up on his arms are those composites?

The blanket/hammock photo is not a composite. Here is the SOOC shot of the one with his arms propped:
