Lava, how's the 7D going with you? After the first weekends disaster I'm getting more used to it and have had much better results.

I like it so far. I've not done many action shots yet though. I've mostly been shooting macro. I did shoot a banquet last week, and it did pretty well focusing in low light. I hope to get some action shots soon.

Nice pix of the Arch, btw!

I may be fascinated with volcanoes, but the name's Lisa.

Anything going on around the area in the near future? Now that fall is slipping away I think I'm going to get bored. I'm craving some pho so I'm headed down to Chamblee tomorrow and plan on hanging out at PDK for some photos in the afternoon.

No idea but I would love to know. Its on my to-do list to get some good city shots when I am back state-side.

You probably need to be south of I-20 and east of the connector on an overpass or parking deck. Wear protection! (it's cold out there)

I'll start shooting weddings when they start holding them on Wednesdays!

There doesn't seem to be much going on, but I guess that's expected this time of year. I'm getting antsy to get out and take some photos. My wife & I are headed to Taiwan in 12 days and we'll be there for 3 weeks, and I'm sure I'll come back with a few thousand photos to keep me busy into the spring.
