Shot this in the studio so it was pretty easy to add the layer in. Took about 10 mins in total for the edit. Kinda surprised myself how quick it took. :D

Great thread Pham, with a lot of creativity from lots of people! Been reading through the pages and got inspired after seeing everybody's work. So here's before and after. Bokeh layer, lens flare, vintage action, and crop. I'd love to hear any good/bad criticism's.

I had a couple days off to play.
This is Jimmy's Hot Dogs. I picked this place because of the different colors of the building and lights. I waited for the lights to come on and still have a deep blue sky before darkness set in.3 bracket exposures opened up in Photomatix. After that I ran dbl separation layers for sharpening. Layers of levels, saturation, vibrance, and targeted dodge/burn/sharp.

This shot I picked from a pinup session. I cropped to just get the head and wanted to practice more on my retouching. I used many curves, 50% grey layers, levels, dodge/ burn, blend modes, heal and clone. I also included one of at least 6 curve layers I used, to show why it takes so long to retouch.

Here's one that I did earlier this year. It's an HDR that I did without a tripod, back when I had the T1i. I'm pretty sure I haven't posted this yet. If I did, I apologize.

Then, just for the heck of it, I thought I'd see what it'd look like with all the windows repaired (they were taken out by wind a few years ago). I think the missing windows adds a nice texture and I prefer that shot.
