I love when people believe that they can "reserve the right" to do anything they want, despite the Terms of Service that they agreed to before making an account on the website.

It looks like the auctions have been removed.

I sent two messages early this morning to eBay on this same group of listings. It took them a while to clean this up; there was over two hundred postings. This persons account must have been HiJacked. The key thing to note and it is common th them all is the picture with only text. It usually contains the direct contact information for the scam. eBay cannot read the pictures and recognize the text. So the scammers can get away with for awhile and there must be enough dumb suckers out there who will fall for this trick. If you see text embedded in a picture which contains pricing and contact info. Be cautious.

Be cautious? Run the other way! Including terms/pricing/etc. in an image has always be the sign of a shady seller at the least and an outright scam at the most.

Must be the same ring of CL scammers, the description was the same one that has been in numerous CL scam ads.

Maybe I just do not trust some folks that sell on eBay, but whenever I buy something that uses an image embedded in the auction description, the first thing I do is to print the auction page to Acrobat as PDF file and save it as a record. What is to stop someone from changing the source image after the auction ends. Ebay cannot control that if it store off of eBay's servers.
