#2 is awesome! My head hurts just guessing how you were in place for that one.
Just laying down trying to sniper people with the 300. I was laughing because I came out there in my usual gear, Black JT's and a Black PhotoMOB shirt. Gary looked at me (in his flourescent orange pants, orange and yellow striped paintballphotography.com jersey) and laughed. I didn't really think about the fact that there aren't any sidelines and that I looked just like a player out there (minus all the cool mask ornamentation that most of the players in the UWL have). So when I came back out I had a flourescent yellow shirt around on my head and one of the sleeves on my lens hood. I was constantly saying "ref" when I crept thru the woods. lol. It was an experience that I will hope to have again next year. I'm going to try my best to get more of us out there, those guys really deserve it!
hahaha, i have paint still in my 300mm buttons haha
I've been fortunate enough to not have had a ball break on the 300. I think it's worse that our hands get paint all over them at an event and we're constantly handling the focus or zoom rings and camera bodies all day. Paint wears the bodies a bit, so make sure to clean your ****. We all are still pretty crazy for doing it. lol.
